Refund & Exchange Policy

At Light Legs Store, we are committed to delivering top-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

How to Begin a Return

To start your return, simply contact our customer support team at support@lightlegs.com with your order details. Once we approve your return, we’ll send you instructions on how to return the item and where to send it.

Please Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

For a return or exchange to be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be in its original, unwashed condition.
• It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
• The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• The buyer is responsible for returning the item, unless it’s defective or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us right away at support@lightleg.com. Please include photos of the issue. We will assess your case and provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take extra time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please reach out within 30 days of delivery. After we receive and approve your return, we'll process your exchange. Availability of exchanges depends on current stock.
